A delayed post for recent updates. I did a blog update earlier this month and it seems failed to actually upload it. This post combines everything since the September post
On the Shields pages there have been a few new images and one additional shield added, thanks again to Bob.
The new shield is a variant of the Novelmore pointed shield with sticker. One of the two sets it comes with has a sticker sheet that includes a gold edge around the outside, while the other does not.
Set 71643 has the gold border; shield 30 20 9793 and sticker 30 82 5306
Set 71644 doesn't; shield 30 20 9793 and sticker 30 82 5316
Other image additions to the Shields pages from the latest Novelmore Knights releases
From the Halloween castle ruins set 71651
The only other update this month was the German Shepherd puppy from the Figures girls series
The color is new for this mold and looks very much like the same plastic as the oldest dogs were made in.
The latest German Shepherd group shot
The first images of the 2025 sets have leaked at this point. They can be found at Klickywelt or Amclicks. No farm or horses this time, but a big emphasis on pets and a new dinosaur series with two new species molds. These earliest images are always work in progress these days so I will wait to add them to the site until actual set images start showing up at reputable sources.
I can confirm at this point there are no set instructions with the new Junior Advent Calendar 70297. I am finding looking at it that there really isn't a noticeable difference in plastic color with the Junior sets like there is with the recycled content Wiltopia sets. In the Advent Calendar there are some new color variations, but a number of the animals are exactly the same color as the old version. With no known part numbers for them I will probably end up combining together the pages for 123 and Junior animals that appear identical since it will be impossible to tell them apart in loose lots in the future. We will see what happens with parts numbers and instructions moving forward with this switch in plastics.
Thanks for reading - Tiermann
