A really big Animals update this week. New sets have come online to look at, and a bunch of new photos were added to the site.

The big news is that Playmobil.de has added the second half year sets. This finally confirms details about sets first spotted at ToyFair that were clearly unfinished.

The biggest new additions is a new horse based theme that is part of the rceycled and bio-content lineup along with Wiltopia and Bio-Farm.

It is called Horses of Waterfall and is pretty extensive. Many of the horses in the sets are named on the website, and there is an all new horse mold with brushable hair. This is clearly a different mold from the previous brushable hair horses, and this series is more realistic.

Here are the brushable mane horses:

The grey one is named Whisper

The white one is named Lioness and is supposed to be a Lusitano

The brown one is named Blaze and is called a Trakhener

It looks like they have mouths that open?

Other horses in the theme are new paints or colors of existing molds

There are also other animals in the sets of this series. All of these have the recycled plastics type so even if they look like existing ones, they are probably colored slightly different.

In addition to the regular sets there is also an Advent Calendar for the theme. It has quite a few new colors in it, and is again the recycled content plastic.

There is a new theme with Princesses living on clouds, and it includes some new flying horses. The larger ones have a new wing type but the existing bodies.

The green baby is a new color. There is also a pink baby that is probably a repeat of the previous one.

There are some small gift type sets now shown also.

One is ocean themed and has a new sea turtle color in it

The other is dinosaur themed and has a new color baby triceratops and both spider sizes in a new color

Finally in the second half year there will be some new Naruto sets as mentioned previously. Here is a better picture of Pakkun, the dog in the largest of those.

In addtion to the new sets coming online, some instructions have become available. Many part numbers have been added and I won't list them all here.

Ther are a few new finds though

In 70961 the Princess set there is a new color of old style ducklilng, 30 08 8954

In 71246 the other goat kid also has a star pattern, it is 30 65 7045

No part number for this one, but previously missed in the upcoming Bio-farm wave 2 sets 71309 and 71345 is a mouse in the dark grey.

Moving on to the new picture additions, there was one other new animal part number found.

In the Bio-Farm rabbits set the squirrels are a new color. They come in a bag with the part number 30 51 4833 printed on it.

Here are the rabbits from that set, 71252

The butterfly in that set is also the new plastic and a slightly different color

From the Bio-Farm Alpacas set, the alpacas are all new colors. The white looking ones are actually light grey. There are also new songbird colors.

The large Bio-Farm set from first wave 71248, has some recolored animals as well as the return of the soft flocked cow and calf.

Other newly added images are from the last two Wiltopia Amazon sets 71142 and 71143

In the pirate set 71254 the yellow scorpion is actually a pretty dark yellow and is believed to be 30 08 5904

The last grouping of new additions are from Ayuma, note the pink rabbit turns out to be transparent.

Finally I will finish up this long entry with a few new group shots

There are a couple of new additions to be added for the shields pages again, so that will be next. Let me know if you spot anything I have missed in the new releases.
